Military Service – Glen joined the Air Force in 2001 and separated in 2012. He worked as a mechanic in Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE). His first opportunity to become a member was when he served in Korea for a year along with many other deployments. When he separated from the Air Force, he returned to Arkansas with his family.

VFW Service – Glen joined the VFW in 2019. He became a Life Member in 2021 and a Gold Legacy Member in 2023. He has served as Post Commander for Rice Young Post 7514 in Quitman from 2019 until present, District 5 Commander 2023-2024, and he is the 2024-2025 State Surgeon. Glen has also served as District 5 Junior and Senior Vice Commander, Department of Arkansas Sergeant at Arms, and as National Aide de Camp from 2022-2024. Glen is an All American Post and District Commander along with having been selected as the Department of Arkansas Post Commander of the Year for 2022-2023 and District Commander of the Year 2023-2024.
