Room Rate: $91 per night plus tax, no fee for parking

 

Registration only  $10 (this is if you are NOT going to the Banquet)

Banquet w/Registration $40

The banquet will be February 3rd, 2024 beginning @ 4:30pm.

The meal is southern beef steak or chicken with gravy and sides, roll, tea, and water

(It will be served buffet style)

Attire:  Business Casual or Harry Potter Themed

Tickets go on sale October 17, 2023

Advanced tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, 31 January 2024 4:30pm

Ticket prices after 31 January 2024: Registration $13 Banquet (this includes your registration) $45
