Junior Vice Commander - Army

Junior Vice Commander Justin Farrar lives in Lonoke, Arkansas where he graduated high school in 1998.  He enlisted into the Arkansas Army National Guard in 1997 at the age of 17 on the split option program.  JVC Farrar has been in the Arkansas Army National Guard for the past 23 years and is still currently serving our great state and country. He currently holds the rank of Sergeant First Class.  He is currently employed as a Production Controller at the Combined State Maintenance Shop on Camp J.T. Robinson.  Justin served a tour of duty in Iraq from 2006-2007 with Charlie Company 1/111th Aviation medevacs.  In 2020, he graduated from Southern Arkansas University Tech with a degree in Fire Science Management.  JVC Farrar is a Life Member of the Micheal W. Ray Post 4548, Jacksonville, Arkansas, is a Past Grand Commander for the Military Order of the Cootie, is a member of MOC Pup Tent #48, a Life Member of the VFW's National Home for Children, member of the American Legion Hut 71, Cabot, Arkansas and a perpetual member of the Lonoke Masonic Lodge #51 in Lonoke, Arkansas .  He has served in numerous positions within the post and district, becoming an All-State / All-American Post and District Commander.  Justin has 2 children, a son, Jonathan 18 yrs old and a daughter, Megan 12 yrs old.
